MyHomeBazar is a multi-seller marketplace: each product page shows which store listed the item, the price in Pakistani Rupees, and delivery options that seller supports. Start from the home page categories, the Shop page, or search for products, brands, and sellers from the header.
You can open seller storefronts to see their full catalogue, ratings, and location hints. Wishlist and cart features work when you are signed in; guest checkout may be limited depending on the flow.
Create an account
Register with email and password or use Google or Facebook. Email accounts must be verified within the window shown at sign-up. Verified accounts unlock order history, messaging, claims, and saved addresses.
One person should use one buyer account unless support approves otherwise. If your email is already registered, sign in instead of creating a duplicate.
Checkout and payment
At checkout you enter delivery details and choose payment methods enabled for that order—often COD plus JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or card where integrated. Review the cart split by seller because each store may ship separately.
Free delivery may apply when a seller order total reaches Rs 5,000 or during site promotions shown on banners. Totals include product price and shipping before you confirm.
After you order
Sellers prepare and book couriers; status updates appear in Order History. Guest buyers can track with order ID and phone on the Track Order page. Contact the seller via chat for quick questions about packing or timing.
When delivery completes, mark received if prompted so sellers can close the loop. Leave honest feedback where the feature is available.
Support and claims
For platform help, use the Contact form or email myhomebazar.shop@gmail.com. For product issues, open My Claims within 14 days with evidence. Serious policy violations can be reported to support with order details.

Tips for a smooth experience
Keep your phone number active for courier calls, double-check city and area fields, and read size or voltage details on electronics and appliances. Combine items from one seller when possible to save on shipping.
